PC1is responsible for legal services, technical design, procurement, construction, development, production, installation, testing, operation, and COD for baccarat power plant as part of this project.

baccarat Nhi Ha plant was constructed on a 60-hectare site With total investment cost of nearly VND 1,113 billion (phase 1).
baccarat plant was installed more than 150,000 solar battery panels. baccarat annual average commercial electricity output is 80.332 million kWh. In addition, Vietnam Electricity Group has deployed baccarat plant at full capacity onto baccarat 220kV double circuit line of Thap Cham – Vinh Tan. As a result, within 20 years, electricity will retail for 9.35 UScents/kWh.
